Monthly subscriptions
Watt Guard Premium subscription payments are not refunded for unused portions of a month. Cancel anytime from Billing to stop future renewals. Premium remains available through the end of the period you have paid for. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed payment.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or more than once, contact info@wattguardtx.com with your account email, charge date and a description. Do not send card numbers or security codes. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors. Any approved refund returns to the original payment method; processing time depends on Square and your bank.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund or consumer rights required by applicable law. Electricity provider charges and contracts are governed by that provider's policies, not this subscription policy.
